Northbound I-75 Motorists to Detour at Exit 260A (SR 574) Monday Night
Tampa, FL - All motorists traveling on northbound I-75 will have to detour off the interstate using Exit 260A (SR 574/Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) from 11 p.m., Monday, May 6 to 4:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, weather permitting.
During this overnight closure, all northbound I-75 motorists will have to exit the interstate using Exit 260A, turn east onto SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard), turn north onto Mango Road, proceed onto the westbound I-4 entrance ramp, and remain west on I-4 toward the northbound I-75 entrance ramp.
Motorists should use caution while traveling through the work zone and are reminded to remain alert for construction workers.
This temporary closure is necessary for crews to perform overhead bridge work as part of the I-75 ramp configuration and interchange modifications from SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) to I-4 in Hillsborough County. Construction activities are expected to finish in 2025.

Beginning at 9 p.m., Friday, May 3, the Florida Department of Transportation’s contractor, Hubbard Construction Co., will close the westbound I-4 ramps (entrance and exit) at County Line Road in Hillsborough County. Both westbound ramps should reopen by 5 a.m., Monday, May 6, weather permitting.
Westbound I-4 motorists needing to access County Line Road will have to exit the interstate at Exit 22, turn south onto Park Road, re-enter the interstate using the eastbound I-4 entrance ramp, and continue east on I-4 toward Exit 25 (County Line Road).
Motorists needing to access westbound I-4 from County Line Road will have to proceed west onto North Frontage Road from Swindell Road, continue west toward Park Road, and enter the interstate using the westbound I-4 entrance ramp.
Electronic message boards and signage will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should use caution while driving through each work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
These temporary ramp closures are part of the I-4 repaving project from east of McIntosh Road to County Line Road in Hillsborough County.

Lutz / Land O' Lakes – Portions of the intersection of US 41 and SR 54 will be closed for milling and paving work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, Thursday, May 2, Sunday, May 5, and Monday, May 6 nights, weather permitting.
The work is planned to keep at least one lane open on US 41 in each direction. No SR 54 traffic will be able to cross US 41 and will be detoured to right turns at the intersection. Lane closures will be in place in all directions leading into the intersection and no left turns will be permitted at the intersection. Drivers who planned to make left turns at the intersection will need to use one of the detour routes listed below. 1) Eastbound SR 54: Traffic will be reduced from three lanes to one lane and detoured to southbound US 41, U-Turn at Lake Floyd Drive, then go north and turn right to continue east on SR 54 or stay straight to continue north on US 41.
2) Westbound SR 54: Traffic will be reduced from three lanes to one lane and detoured to northbound US 41, U-Turn at Morgan Road, then go south and turn right to continue west on SR 54 or stay straight to continue south on US 41.

Courtney Campbell Causeway Pedestrian Trail Bridge Closing Temporarily
Tampa Bay – Beginning at 7 a.m., Monday, May 6, the Courtney Campbell Causeway pedestrian trail bridge will close to all users for approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
Drivers traveling on SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) should not be impacted during this around-the-clock closure.
Advanced warning signs have been installed on each side of the pedestrian bridge to alert the public of the planned closure.
The Florida Department of Transportation is performing bridge maintenance activities on the SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) Pedestrian Trail Bridge over Old Tampa Bay.

Courtney Campbell Causeway North Access Road Closing through End of May
Tampa, FL – Beginning Monday, April 15, the westbound Courtney Campbell Causeway North Access Road located just west of the Boat Ramp will close to motorists and pedestrians through the end of May, weather permitting.
Motorists traveling along SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) should not experience impacts by this bridge maintenance project.
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, Engineer Control Systems Corporation, is performing bridge maintenance activities at the ends of each access road under the SR 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway) Bridge in Hillsborough County. This project is expected to finish during the summer of 2024.

College Avenue closed at CR 52
San Antonio / St. Leo, FL -- College Avenue is closed around-the-clock until late summer 2024 (began February 5, 2024) at CR 52. The closure is needed for the roundabout construction at the CR 52 / College Avenue / Pompanic Street intersection. Traffic is routed around the closed portion of College Avenue using CR 52 and Joe Hermann Drive described in more detail below. Drivers are encouraged to plan a few minutes extra time to travel the detour routes. Thru-traffic on CR 52 will continue through the area as normal at this time. Businesses on College Avenue can be accessed from Joe Hermann Drive.
Detours:
Westbound CR 52 Detour to College Avenue and downtown San Antonio: Continue west past College Avenue, and turn right onto Joe Hermann Drive and go north to College Avenue. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue to connect to the downtown area.
Eastbound CR 52 Detour to College Avenue and downtown San Antonio: Turn left onto Joe Hermann Drive and go north to College Avenue. Connect to the downtown area via a left turn onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
Detour from downtown to westbound CR 52: Go south on Joe Hermann Drive or Curley Street to CR 52 and turn right to go towards I-75.
Detour from downtown to eastbound CR 52: Go south on Joe Hermann Drive or Curley Street, then turn left onto CR 52 to go east to St. Leo and Dade City.

Pompanic Street closed at CR 52
San Antonio / St. Leo, FL -- Pompanic Street is closed around-the-clock until late summer 2024 (began April 2, 2024) from CR 52 to just north of Pennsylvania Avenue. The closure is needed for the roundabout construction at the CR 52 / College Avenue / Pompanic Street intersection. Traffic is routed around the closed portion of Pompanic Street using CR 52, Joe Hermann Drive, and Jesse Jones Avenue (described in more detail below). Drivers are encouraged to plan a few minutes extra time to travel the detour routes. Thru-traffic on CR 52 will continue through the area as normal at this time.
Detours:
Pompanic Street to CR 52: Go west on Jesse Jones Avenue, turn left onto Joe Hermann Drive, and go south to CR 52.
Westbound CR 52 Detour to Pompanic Street: Continue west past Pompanic Street, turn right onto Joe Hermann Drive and go north to Jesse Jones Avenue. Turn right onto Jesse Jones Avenue and go east to Pompanic Street.
Eastbound CR 52 Detour to Pompanic Street: Turn left onto Joe Hermann Drive and go north to Jesse Jones Avenue. Turn right onto Jesse Jones Avenue and go east to Pompanic Street.

Southbound US 98 Bypass traffic is detoured
Dade City -- Southbound US 98 Bypass / US 301 is closed (began Friday night, March 1, 2024) from River Road to Meridian Avenue. The closure will be in place for approximately 10 months. Northbound US 98 Bypass / US 301 traffic will remain open to traffic. Drivers need to access properties in the closure area from northbound US 98 Bypass / US 301 or local streets.
Detour Route: Traffic travelling southbound on US 98 / US 301 approaching the work zone is detoured south on US 98 / 7th Street through downtown Dade City. Drivers wishing to continue on southbound US 98 / US 301 or access Old Lakeland Highway can turn left onto Meridian Avenue and go east, then turn right onto southbound US 98 Bypass / US 301. To help avoid delays and bypass downtown Dade City, trucks and other large vehicles that are using southbound US 98 to continue south beyond Dade City are encouraged to take SR 50 west to southbound I-75 and return to US 98 on eastbound SR 52.
