Celebrate the opening of the Good Neighbor Trail on May 22nd!
Brooksville, FL – To celebrate the opening of the latest segment of the Good Neighbor Trail, a public ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 in Tom Varn Park.

Local leaders, government officials, and the public are invited to the event, which will take place next to Darby Lane and a segment of the new trail as it winds through the park. Speakers will talk about the $20 million Florida Department of Transportation construction project that closes a significant gap in the trail system through the city.
