Northbound I-275 Entrance Ramps from Westbound and Eastbound 22nd Avenue South Closing Nightly
St. Petersburg, FL – Beginning Monday, July 15 through Wednesday, July 17, the northbound I-275 entrance ramps from westbound and eastbound 22nd Avenue South will close nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. weather permitting.
During these temporary ramp closures, motorists will turn north onto 31st Street South, turn east onto 15th Avenue South, turn north onto 28th Street South, and proceed onto the northbound I-275 entrance ramp.
Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should expect delays and congestion during this detour.
These closures are part of the I-275 concrete pavement repair project from 54th Avenue South to 5th Avenue South in Pinellas County. Construction activities are expected to finish in early 2026.
